Pureliving Furniture – 7-Day Return Policy
We aim to create a better furniture shopping experience from start to finish.

1. 7-Day Return Window
- Manufacturing defects
- Transit damage
2. Return Eligibility Conditions
- Product must be in pristine condition
- No stains, tears, scratches, odors, or signs of use
- Unused and in original condition
- Original or safe equivalent packaging required
Return approval is at the sole discretion of Pureliving Furniture after inspection.
3. Damaged Products
- Must be reported within 48 hours
- Clear photo and video evidence required
- Claims after 48 hours may not be accepted
4. Non-Returnable Cases
- Size selection issues
- Color or fabric dissatisfaction
- Minor handmade variations
- Sale or discounted products
- Custom-made products
- Commercial-use purchases
5. Return Charges
Up to 20% of the net bill value may be deducted based on:
- Product condition
- Reverse logistics cost
- Inspection outcome
6. Refund Process
- Processed after inspection approval
- Credited to original payment method
- Timelines depend on banking channels
