Warranty Policy

At Pureliving Furniture, we are committed to delivering high-quality furniture crafted with precision and care.
Our warranty ensures peace of mind with the following coverage:

1. Warranty Coverage

1-Year Manufacturing Warranty

Pureliving Furniture warrants that all products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
for 1 year from the date of delivery, provided the product is:

• Properly stored
• Correctly assembled
• Used under normal household (non-commercial) conditions
• Maintained as per care instructions

Definition of Defects:
Defects refer to imperfections in material or wooden frame construction that impair functional use.

3-Year Warranty on Foam

We provide a 3-year warranty on sofa foam against abnormal sagging or structural failure.

• Foam sagging beyond normal settling
• Structural deformation affecting seating comfort

Normal wear and tear due to regular usage is not covered.

Frame Structure Warranty

Our sofa frames are constructed using seasoned pine wood and supportive plywood structures.
If the frame becomes structurally weak or fails during the warranty period, Pureliving Furniture will:

• Repair the product
• Replace it with a similar product
• Provide a product of equal value

Manufacturing & Delivery Defects

• Broken frame or arms
• Irreparably damaged upholstery
• Damaged foaming

Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with valid photo/video proof.

2. Warranty Exclusions

• Improper storage, handling, assembly, or maintenance
• Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Product modifications after delivery
• Normal wear and tear (fabric loosening, staining, leather aging, color variations)
• Natural variations in wood grain, fabric texture, or leather finish
• Commercial usage of the product
• Damage due to improper movement or dragging
